Do you outsource your projects?
We have not, and currently do not outsource any of our work.
Do you maintain projects developing them?
The service is available, but it depends on the initial agreement.
Some clients will only want a small fix on an existing website, with no strings attached. Others won’t have a hosting plan, a domain or even a logo when they contact us.
Therefore, product maintenance on our part is determined, in part, by your requirements and what is ultimately mutually agreed upon.
What is the process of any given service?
Initially, we have a brief conversation to understand your requirements. We may then give you a quote and an ETA there and then or in subsequent correspondence.
There is often some negotiation that takes place in this phase.
We then begin our work based upon the agreed terms, and keep you in the loop as the project progresses.
Payment-wise, depending on the total sum, we will divide the total payment into instalments, to facilitate a graceful and comfortable transaction for all parties involved.
Finally, we deliver your project, finalise the delivery with explicit confirmation from you. We then send you any relevant information via email.
Yes, we do.
No, we currently do not charge VAT on any of our products or services.
